I'm a beginner and Just purchased my Chemex and Stagg Gooseneck Kettle. I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the direction of a similar bean that is used for the Boss Japanese black flashbrew coffee. I tried using lavazza just as a test and that didn't work too well, seemed either way too strong or bitter perhaps.

I followed these instructions:
https://bakedbrewedbeautiful.com/recipe ... -chilling/

If someone could give me some guidance as to which bean I should be looking for whether mild, medium, dark etc I would really appreciate it :D
TIA
Andrew

Not familiar with Boss Japanese black flashbrew coffee, but I like a sweet coffee from Ethiopia when I'm making flash brewed coffee.
