It's good to hear you guys have gotten good coffees from Paradise. Depending on the company, I can be a little more hands off when it comes to customer feedback. Of course if it were my company I would want the feedback, but I find myself giving companies a 1-and-done chance, at least for a good chunk of time. Given the praise and boasting about that coffee, what should I realistically expect from their other offerings? It's unrealistic to expect them to change their roast profile just for me.

I wasn't happy with the Paradise coffee simply because the tasting notes didn't come through at all and I found it hard to extract. With only 5 doses to dial in, I had a hard time getting the TDS to 1.40% before I ran out. Having to grind way-too-fine could be a sign of underdevelopment, too.
