They say it's within 48 hours, roasting to shipping. All my stuff has arrived within a week of roast date and it's direct shipped.

I believe they're a larger roaster, but certainly quality isn't lacking.

Edit: They have a "subscription sampler", which is 6 weeks. You get one coffee a week, alternating single origins and their blends. It's $89, which includes shipping. I've never done this, but sounds interesting.

surprised no mention of onyx, but perhaps that's due to costs. i do their weekly subscription, though i'm starting to think i'm better off with less frequent, bigger orders, so that I can spend more time dialing things in (and freeze portions).
