I've not seen it mentioned here before, but Omnia Coffee Roasters in Toronto makes some really exceptional roasts. Their really weird ones are pricey though.

If you are in the west end and want to try them, check out Buno. It's a pretty unassuming coffee shop that always has their roasts dialed in perfectly. One of the few places around where I can order anything and actually taste what the tasting notes say.

I'm not sure if De Mello has come up in the thread, but some might want to give them a chance. They're very light-roasty focused and trendy.

I never bought a bag, but the shots pulled in the cafe were good. Not a fan of the relatively high price/low quantity 8oz bags.

They have a "free shipping" in Canada at $45 and in the US at $100.
