Does anyone have brewing parameters for Buon Giorno Inverno?

I will be making 8 oz lattes using a LM Micra and MC4/5.

Their website provides a fairly generic formula:
14-18 g in
2 oz out
20-30 sec

I contacted them for more details (e.g., temperature).

Whenever I contacted them, David Clarke, the owner always responded and was very generous with his advice in dialing his coffees.
For the Inverno, I settled on 17 gr IN, 28 gr OUT @ 198deg F. Note this is on a 53mm Spaziale, so I typically down dose from a 58mm PF.

That is what we use, actually it is 197 but close enough.
