Black and White El Paraiso

Has anyone tried this yet? I've purchased the 3-pack (Red Plum, Tropical, Lemon Lime) because I very much enjoyed the El Paraiso from Elixr. I decided to try the Red Plum version first, and after several tries, I am extremely disappointed. The smell is wonderful (fruit gummy bears) but the taste feels very very unripe. I've cupped it, batch brewed it, and tried it with a V60 and Wave. Everything turned out the same and it was disappointing. Hopefully the other two bags are not like this and I've just got a bum roast.

I've had two cups of the Red Plum El Paraiso today. It was roasted 5/29. Tastes good to me. Could you elaborate on the unripe flavors you're detecting? Do you think it's a roasting defect or a fermentation defect?
