Ordered the B&W El Eden Gesha, was sold out. B&W suggested the Pacamara "similar, but it is a little more wild" Does anyone have experience with the Pacamara, any tips for pulling as an espresso? Thanks
I received the Pacamara from B & W roasters, with a hand written note suggesting the following : this coffee is pretty wild, might want to try a 1:3 ratio. Mixed berries, red sangria, boozy is how B & W describes this coffee. Processed Natural Anaerobic. Ended up grinding fine and brewing 19 g in and 45 grams out, 28 seconds at 200 degrees. I have an speedster idromatic, and was set at max. effect. The coffee is quite surprising with an up front boozy, winey front end and then exactly how the label reads. About 10 days of rest, it tastes great to me!!
