Could mean anything. But, for what it's worth, my top 3 out of the 15 Esmeralda auction lot samples included lot SP-5, which I think might have been a yeast-innoculated fermentation.... highly controlled cultivation and the use of local yeast strains during multi-stage fermentations ...
