I thought about adding Greenway as an "honorable mention" when I started the thread. Hmm, maybe I should.

There's two more honorable mentions: Bodka and Mountain Air.

At $16 for 300g (~10oz), it seems they already have the shipping built into the price. Why ask for $1?

Executive decision: no honorable mentions. I don't feel like opening that can of worms.

Added Modest Coffee, out of Chicago. They offer a subscription service, but you can order a bag of coffee from them without subscribing.

Redbird includes shipping with their 5-pound bag ($53 for 5 pounds: $0.66 per ounce or $7.92 for 12 ounces.) http://redbirdcoffee.com/collections/co ... d-espresso

This is my go-to espresso; I vacuum-seal and freeze in 0.5 pound bags. It's very good in my morning cappuccino and I love not having to pay $18 for a 12-ounce bag at WF!
Eventually you will end up with a lever.
