That's sad to hear.
Some businesses try to branch into a areas they should just leave alone.
High employee turnover, low espresso sales, lots of other tasks to learn is not a recipe for success.

Only thing I regret now is that I didn't at least try it, that way I would know for sure what I think would have been. Always got good espresso there in the past, never saw them make it. This was before I started making my own though.

I am surprised they didn't have a select one or two people to make the espresso, good the waiters don't cook the meals. :shock:
