Victoria BC cappuccino recommendations?

Ideally near waterfront but if not ok
Anything really good, so far I am underwhelmed with coffee scene

Check out the following cafes, was there two weeks ago and tried a bunch.
Discovery Coffee (in store roasted)
2% Jazz (in store roasted)
Cafe Fantisco (in store roasted)
Hey Happy (they serve Phil and Sebastian from Calgary)

Would also recommend breakfast at Jam Cafe or Blue Fox Diner, both places you have to show up before it opens or there is a long line.
