Found a new cafe. Nice equipment... automated pourover machines. EK43 of course. Modbar espresso set up.

Enjoyed a couple Kalita pour overs and quite a long detailed conversation about all things coffee with the enthusiastic fellow behind the bar.

We sat at the bar. We were offered choice of beans in glass containers to sniff. Beans were ground and we checked the aroma. Carbonated water was provided to cleanse the palate. Pleasant, close quarters experience with in depth conversation.

Haven't tried espresso yet but I plan to go back.

Can you share what there is to see? It would be a bit of a hike for us.

All they say on their website is by appointment only.

We quite enjoyed the Papuan New Guinea today.
