So I am helping set up a takeaway coffee business towards the end of the year, and am looking for some design inspiration for the build-out.

I have had the luck to walk around a few great coffee cities in my time and wandered past some amazing tiny cafes without the foresight to note them down. Wondering if anyone on here has some exceptional tiny coffee spaces (coffee bars, pop-up cafes, coffee vans, etc) that they can share.

My favourite find so far is Caffe del Popolo (https://www.archdaily.com/978114/caffe- ... perimental), a 15sqm espresso bar in Argentina

Here's one in Montreal, pre-Covid. Hardly more than a mop & pail closet but was high-traffic and profitable. I don't know if this location still exists but they do have another great Montreal location.

The 2nd picture is about all of it with a 2-group KvdW Spirit!

Didn't Vivace in Seattle have a 'hole in the wall' shop on Capital hill?

this place in Morgantown PA was cute... not sure it works in a metropolitan perspective... coffee wasn't anything i'd return for... but the little building was fun.

Story Coffee Co in Colorado Springs is basically a tiny house. It does have room for a couple tables, but still very small and quaint. It is one of my favorite coffee spots to visit in CO.
