There are a lot of coffee shops in Europe, but very few that actually try. One exception is Seven Hills in Bamberg, famous for their smoked beer and their iconic town hall.

...And the espresso was so-so. The co-owner pulled me 2 shots, one of each roast, and they were both too bright and too lightly roasted. Is this the current trend? I noticed the same thing at Magnolia Coffee Co. in Arkansas.

Anyway, can anybody tell me what equipment he has?
