Fine tuning for meetup on Monday

8:15AM Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch in Gilbert:
There's a small parking lot on Guadalupe, just east of the library. Let's meet at the east end of the lot, by the saguaro grove.

10:30AM Peixoto has a location in Gilbert, much closer to Water Ranch. Let's meet there (rather than the Chandler location). Parking should be easier as well.

Peixoto features high end gear (San Remo Opera espresso machines and Mythos grinders):

I enjoyed a lovely cortado, made with Peixoto Honey (Brazil):

Coffee Time at Peixoto Coffee in Gilbert, a Brazilian grower, roaster, and retailer. https://peixotocoffee.com

Gimpy (Frank) and Ms Gimpy (Candy) get the award for having driven the farthest. Flagstaff is home, making the 325 mile roundtrip in one day.

Frank gets the award for having given up the most coffee gear at Candy's insistence. He and I formed an immediate bond/support group.

Ms CFBB (Terry) has a fascinating background in the development/design of high end pastries. Always the thief, I picked her brains for Easter bread ideas. Toss up between a sweet Portuguese bread or hot cross buns.

Ms BoldJava (Dee) is the type of woman I could spend years with (working on 54th year). To think she drinks chai, not coffee.

Here is a shot of our camping gear while in Arizona.
