I totally missed out. :( Somehow I did not see this thread. I would have brought my Decent De1-Pro. Next time!

Real nice Trung!
Like I said, let's do it again maybe Spring or early Summer. I have lots of room if we can get more bay area people to join. And if we end it during the PM we can go right into Cocktails!

I'm really enjoying the Ethiopia Dry Process Guji Gerbicho Rogicha as brewed coffee that I roasted at the gathering. I'll probably try Cher's Monsooned Malabar this weekend.

My roast profiles from last weekend look better than previous ones, probably because I was under pressure to deliver.

Sorry I missed out on this.

I'm in the process of setting up my new Cormorant Roaster. It's small enough for me to throw in the back of my car for the next get-together.

Chris, wanna do a roast-off?

Out of this world. John Buckman described it as a "Coffee Computer" and I'd have to say, that its pretty accurate. The features and all that on this machine are just out of this world, especially coming from the e61 world. How's Lucca treating you?

Enjoyed a shot of the Guji Gerbicho Rogicha and another shot 50/50 with Cher's Monsooned Maliber this morning on the Robot.
