This is a shout out to Proper coffee in Evansville, Indiana.

Traveling for Christmas and got dragged into the mall - low and behold a coffee shop with a three group slayer and baristas that had a scale and loved coffee.

They have another location and also roast their own coffee. I was impressed.

Thank you for the information. I have a long time colleague who I met in Chicago for food and quality cafe. He lives there and was not aware of any cafes in Evansville, IN. My colleague likes variety of coffee (from regular brew to straight espresso).

Would you kindly give you opinions of what you ordered there that you liked?

I just had a straight espresso. My son and daughter cappuccino. I am pretty sure that they will also do a good job on pour over / brewed coffee.
