We just returned from a week in Zion and want to give a shout out to Deep Creek Coffee in Springdale, Utah at the south entrance to the National Park. Heidi and her husband own the shop and Heidi knows what she's doing behind an espresso machine, as does her staff. If she gets out from behind the machine, she is extremely nice, friendly and loves talking all things coffee. She uses coffee from Doma roasters in Idaho.
If you're going to Zion, make sure you stop. Good coffee in Utah is rare.
