Hello HBers in the region. It's time for the meetup at my place on the north side of Chicago. The date is Saturday, November 5th
For first timers, here's what to expect:
For first timers, here's what to expect:
- Lots of coffee people, coffee gear and coffee. Bring anything you'd like to show and share
- A late lunch with wine supplied by me; along with potluck dishes and booze brought by everyone. If you enjoy cooking or have something nice, please bring it. However, there is no need to bring anything except yourself
- Starts at 10 am, breaks up around 5pm or when the last person leaves. Come any time in that window.

I'm open for all days except possibly the 12th. Could probably make that day if I had to.

22nd doesn't work for me. All others should work as far as I know. Definitely looking forward to it!

It's going to be the 5th November (Guy Fawkes Day, Jacobean masks and fireworks OK, no explosives please). That's the only date that works for everyone who has checked in.
Dan, last time you brought your Decent and Max. If you could manage that again, it would be appreciated. I've been testing SSP 64mm burrs on a Jolly; and would like to do some comparisons with the cast steel ones, which have been the standouts.

I was figuring that I'd bring them again, should be no problem at all.
