Hi, I was wondering if you guys can help me with an upcoming work trip to Bogotá. I'll be there for about 2 weeks.

I searched and found some information from several years ago. I also found some useful articles I've included down below. I do have a few questions:
1- Do you guys know anything about the selection, price, and quality of beans available in Bogotá? Roasted or unroasted is fine. I had heard in the past they exported the top graded beans but now they are keeping more domestically. If so, where can I find the best beans?
B- If you have any first hand experience of the cafes there, I'd love to hear some of your favorites and, if applicable, disappointments. I've read the articles below, but I'm not sure I trust their opinions (okay maybe Sprudge but probably not the others).
3rd- Is there any restaurants and/or dishes I for sure need to try while I'm there? I've heard crazy things about Andrés Carne de Res, but would love comments and alternatives.

Thanks!

There is a Cafe/farm/Roaster called XUE, it was the highest quality bean I saw/tasted and the people behind the bar counter were proper coffee nerds. This is the Colombian Geisha pour-over I had and it was great:

I remember also impressed by Cafe 18 https://www.cafe18.com.co

I was in Colombia last year for holiday. We were only in Bogotá for a short time so didn't find any coffee shop in particular there. The insight I can give is try to get some time and go to salento. It's in the middle of the cocora valley and has coffee farms all the way around it. There is a little cafe in the middle of town that makes a fantastic coffee with a beautiful Victoria arduino. Goodluck Colombia is a beautiful place.I
