Used Vibiemme Domobar Junior Double Boiler wrapped in carbon fiber in great working condition.
First owner. Bought from 1st-line Equipment in 2010.
Must sell due to move to Europe (different voltage).

I equipped this machine with a PID and wrote how-to instructions that circulated online around 2010.
The document describes the use of an Auber PID, but I replaced it later with a better Watlow model.
I am not allowed to attach a pdf to this ad, but I will email it to the buyer, as well as the wiring of the Watlow PID.
