I purchased this grinder new, it has been used in a second home for two to four coffees per day during the times we occupied the second home. It is in good condition, never any issues. We are combining two homes into one so one of the two Versalabs will be redundant. It is in good condition, works properly and comes with the hopper mechanism but without the hopper itself. I prefer pouring the coffee into the hopper mechanism then pulling the slide forward to add the coffee to the Versalab as opposed to just pouring the coffee directly into the machine. No dosing rings are included since I weigh each dose.
