I am moving back to a lever and selling my Rocket Giotto Evoluzione. This HX Rocket features a quiet rotary pump with the ability to use a water reservoir or plumb in. The pressurestat was replaced in 2017. This year I've wrapped the boiler in McMaster-Carr melamine insulation, replaced the rubber group gasket with a Cafelat silicon one, and replaced and lubed the lever arm/gaskets. This machine well was taken care of by another HB'er before it was well maintained by me.

You can see in the pictures/video I use 2bar water line pressure from my RO plus remineralization system for a soft preinfusion. I measure the RO output (TDS and acidity) weekly to avoid scale and assure quality.
