I've been slowly building up my dream-- the wine cellar of coffees
26 distinct coffees, 60 individually sealed 22-25g doses-- nineteen of which are geishas
I roasted everything on this list on a Quest M3. I always tuck away a 25g dose from every roast to have at a later date. As I mainly drink 72g batch brews during the week, the single-cup inventory in my freezer has grown out of control.
The majority of these coffees degassed in Lyn Weber Bean Cellars before being vac sealed and frozen, some degassed in airtight bags with one-way valves.
