I just upgraded to a new roaster, so I'm selling my Quest M3s. This is a great roaster for small batches, typically 1/2 pound or so. Roughly 2 years old, and in excellent condition. Includes the original analog bean temperature probe and 2 digital probes purchased from Coffee Shrub. Original wood knobs & custom Australian sheoak knobs (as shown in images) included. Custom 3D printed bean funnel also included. Ships packed in the original shipping carton.

From Coffee Shrub: The Quest M3 is like a shrunken down shop roaster most suitable for sample roasting. They are hand-built, one at a time, in a small workshop factory in Taiwan, they have no advanced electronics, no motherboard or chipset, no heat profiling or automated cooling cycle. It is a very manual machine and therefore most suitable for an experienced professional coffee roaster.
