I am selling my Quest M3s coffee roaster, purchased brand new from Coffee Shrub in January, 2023. I only used it about 5 times and everything is in fantastic, like new condition. I am only selling because I have an unexpected long-distance move coming up and I just won't be able to take it with me. This machine is incredible and is perfect home roasting.

I am also including some additional items that any beginner will need to get started with home roasting. I'm including 2 thermocouples, a phidget sensor, and all of the necessary wiring/adapters that you need to plug in to a computer and run your roasting software. I used artisan and it worked great.
