I purchased this roaster new from Coffee Shrub in early 2015. Build date is 6-2014. I roasted 250 g every 2 -4 weeks. Both heating elements were replaced this month. The roaster is in very good cosmetic condition and works just as it should. It has been regularly cleaned. This M3 is unmodified, and has the original analog thermometer in place. Also included is a Coffee Shrub thermocouple designed to screw into the thermometer port for meqsuring bean temperatures.
