Purchased as a Christmas gift. They opened the box and read instructions but never took the machine out of the box. Gave it back and said they didn't want it. Can't return to Seattle Coffee Gear (where I purchased from) as the 30-day return period had past. Originally paid $799, plus shipping costs, in December. Asking $650. Located in White Plains, NY. Pick up preferred but if shipped, buyer responsible for shipping costs.
