The pandemic closed my local espresso machine repair shop which forced me to undertake repairs myself and discover that they're not that hard. Nevertheless, I want a machine with fewer things to go wrong than my decade old double boiler, and I enjoy the process of making something with my hands. That led me to lever machines. After reading dozens of posts on the Lever forum and elsewhere, I've settled on a Cremina. Now seeking a newer Cremina, 2002+. I promise it will receive much love and a good home in Portland, Oregon.
