Purchased a brand new one with the Maple upgrade in Oct. 2020 and used it carefully. The original parts along with the stock knobs and paddle are included. On average, pulled a couple of shots a day as one of the pictures indicates. It's in excellent condition with no scratches. We are moving and downsizing, therefore, it's time to let another coffee lover enjoy this beautiful machine. Never had any issue nor tech support from the company.

Maintenance history:
Daily - rinsing and hand drying the portafilter/baskets and drip tray
Weekly - backflushing with just water 5 times
Monthly - backflushing with soup 7 times, sanitizing the screen and the baskets with soup
Water - only used Crystal Geyser, gallon jugs, from the very getgo
