Nice custom mat black GS3 with engraved side panel from Specht Design.
The machine as the following custom parts:

• Engraved walnut side panels imported from Australia and made by Specht Design. (I also have the originals)
• Walnut paddle and stainless steel (Specht Design)
• Brew head cover also in walnut but not installed at the moment (Specht Design)
• 2 portafilter handle in walnut, one La Marzocco style, the other Slayer style (Specht Design)
• The machine is wrapped in mat black vinyl (totally removable)
• Custom drip tray with an Acaia Lunar insert

Add to that a extra bottomless portafilter (OEM La Marzocco) + multiple filter baskets.

The machine comes with all the original accessories ()plumbing kit, double spout portafilter, single spout portafilter, la marzocco tamper.
It works like a charm.
