This machine has been upgraded with the Silvia Steam Wand. In addition, it comes with a nice heavy tamper, a steam pitcher, a bottomless portafilter, a double basket, triple basket (came with bottomless), single pressurized basket, double pressurized basket, and the original steam wand. It was descaled not long before being put away. I am not the first owner, so I am not sure of the complete history of this machine.
There are a few things I know that I have replaced on this machine, which are one of the O-rings, and a few of the screws. It additionally comes with some extra replacement screws for the boiler.
