Was an early kickstarter backer. Got this in for evaluation and decided to go a different route.

The grinder works great. No hum when plugging it in, no grinding defects. It does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Some things to note:

1) This unit will not fit SSP burrs. I tried to install them and they were nowhere near close to fitting.

2) The grinder came from the factory missing a ball detent on the faceplate. It wiggles a bit if you touch it. No noise during grinding though.

3) When using my screwdriver to remove the front burr carrier, the main dial got a few blemishes that I touched up. If I never mentioned it you would never notice it, but wanted to be forthcoming.
