I purchased an open box, as new from Clive about 10 months ago. I thought I would use more, but as you can see, I only have about 300 doses, and I'm not using nearly enough to get the burrs all the way broken in. It produces very fluffy espresso (I set it at '2') and it also has a fair amount of retention, which is likely due to my lack on constant use. My loss is your gain, it is a heavy commercial ready unit! Be sure you measure and understand what you are buying - it's going to weigh nearly 40 pounds. Thanks!
