About 5 lbs of coffee through the newly installed Sweet Lab burrset. I don't want to disassemble the top plate because the grinder was correctly torqued and aligned when installing the burrset. I can send the box the new burrset was shipped in to prove they are installed in the grinder, along side the original machined burrset.
