I have a set of custom side panels for a GS3 in natural spalted maple Burl. It's has a nice clear coat on them for the finish.
The size of the panels is custom and is larger than stock black panels. This showcases the wood from different angles. The front sticks out a little and it is lower, hiding the metal frame. The top is also higher which is nice while keeping cups on the machine from falling.
