This was our 2nd Baratza grinder (after the Baratza Encore). We've been using it since 2017 on a daily basis. The support from Baratza has been amazing. It has a relatively new motor/gearbox assembly (sent by Baratza last year). Shimmed already once, but can use another one probably.
