I am looking for a set of Baratza Preciso burrs to do the Preciso burr mod to my ROK grinder. The ROK grinder chassis seems really good but the burrs will not allow grinds fine enough for espresso. Shots are blowing through in 15-20 seconds even with the ROK OE burrs perfectly aligned and maxed out.
