For Sale is a Anfim Super Caimano with 75mm Steel burrs

This is my 2nd espresso grinder and I bought it from a person that worked for a LA roaster. He built it from various Anfim parts for a friends coffee popup, but those plans fell through and I picked it up in 2015. At the time of purchase, it had new 75mm Steel burrs that are rated for 1300lbs. The standard part for the fuse box was supply constrained, so he used a different part that is under the grinder (see picture). That fuse (found at Lowes and HD) is the only part I had ever had to replace in my 8 years of ownership. It also has a timer on it, which allows you to adjust the length of a grind per start.

This is a stepped grinder with doser so making it work as a single dosing workflow requires some adjustment. If you know anything about these grinders, they have an excellent reputation for grind quality and consistency, especially with the old school doser mechanism.

I've put around 125lb of coffee over 8 years in this grinder.
