These were really popular about 8 years ago when the Steampunk art movement was becoming more mainstream. A lot of cafes had their pour-over stations built out of these iron pipe fittings.
I have two accent lamps made up, using these, and antique beer bottles that I've always enjoyed. Good "man-cave" vibe from them.

I used 1/2" pipe nipples, tees, caps, stand fittings to make a handle on a wheeled bbq table i made.
I should have checked the price first........ It added up to $35 worth of pipe fittings.
Should have checked the price for the thin stainless steel I wanted to cover the wood top with also..... That ended up being $170.
Even the lumber was like $65. There was more wood in it than it look like.
Nevermind the wheels, axle shaft, paint.
You think I would learn by now
