Well I even tried my luck with preground Caribou Day break blend coffee my wife gets at Walmart....same issue still ...Some May like it but I don't...
but I found a new stainless coffee dripper at Amazon for $3 ...I am amazed at the quality of both the dripper and coffee it makes ...

LoL. Looks like a copy of the Japanese SOTO Helix.

They're fine drippers - I have an old Helix - but I wouldn't recommend using one in any drafty or windy conditions (personal experience here! :oops:)
