I found a 5 lb bag of ruby chocolate for $5, so i picked it up. Does anyone have experience with this and/or can recommend an espresso drink recipe that uses it?

To answer my own question, this morning I simply put a layer of ruby chocolate chips in the prewarmed espresso cup. Their melting point is relatively low so they started to melt. Then I pulled the shot right into the cup and mixed it up. Was pretty tasty!

Hi. This chocolate is very berry-forward. Which espresso are you pairing with it? Must be a chocolatey, comfort-type blend, I'm guessing.
