I was excited for a second, thinking it was a filter redesign. I'd love to see a flat bottomed cone filter made without the corrugated ridges on the sides, just to make it easier for even stirring right after the pre-wetting. They'd be expensive though.

Given his past history, this is almost certainly just a Kalita Wave-type design with a different drain hole pattern. It even has the little supports for the bottom of the filter.

This. It's hard to trust someone's judgement in such cases. We all have to get paid (especially when owing an insane amount of back taxes) but there's always a line.

Which is great! Don't get me wrong - I wish absolutely everyone success (my wife and I always say that 'there is enough success for everyone'), and I sincerely do hope it's a solid product ... But attaching ones name to mediocre products doesn't give me a lot of consumer confidence.

I don't mind him seeing what I wrote, and I'm not pointing out something that is a secret. More power to him! If I have to endorse a Ninja project in order to meet Sofía Vergara, then so be it!johnny4lsu wrote:He is also posting in this thread
When will there be more information?
