CC does have a commercial grinder (ek43??) but I took my comandante to class, so I'd know what it would be like at home...

For what it's worth my Kalita 155 also has less draw down times than 185 but there isn't really a big correlation between drawdown times vs extraction, given everything else equal (grind size, number of pours etc) so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
