Hello Everyone,

A recently bought the GE Café Specialty Drip Coffee Maker and I'm having some issues with weak brews. I doubled checked my brew ratios (1/15) and I've cleaned and flushed the system with clean water as well as changed back to a paper filter from my coffee sock filter. However, it's still pretty disappointingly weak.

Anybody have any experience with this machine and, if so, could you please advise on how to fix this issue?

Have you tried increasing the strength? I think the default is gold but could it have been switched somehow? Maybe you want to try a stronger setting?
