I know that they are not making them any longer, so there will be no support. Don't know where they got them!

A bit off topic did Bunn Variant like those model better than normal pour over like v.60 or kalita wave, I seen several cafe in Jakarta, Indonesia the barista confidently serve with that... In my earlier years of coffee drinking i was a freeze dried coffee drinker liked it a lot! Then got a oxo on brain drip coffee maker i liked how i can see the bubbles go up while its brewing , lol. But now i got my Gaggia classic pro so i just gave the oxo coffee dor wen i need a fast on the go thermo of coffee. I still like the drip coffee method alot.
