Have been using primarily for Kalita Wave 185 and, depending on the bean, have been between 7 and 8. Using George Howell's Kalita Wave recipe (25g, timed pulses, 3:30 brew time).

Was inspired to try it on the Robot this morning with Northbound's American Beauty and, after my arm nearly fell off and the Robot stalled at 2.5, I bumped up to 3.5 (much easier) and had a shot with surprising clarity as compared to my usual Niche shots.

But I'm sticking with the Niche. I'm not looking the increase my heart rate through anything other than caffeine in the morning.
