I'm hoping someone owns/owned a Spinn and can give recommendation for similar machine... but one that actually makes good coffee/espresso (like a Gaggia Accademia, but cheaper). I backed the Spinn kickstarter, got my machine 4 years later, and it has so many 'issues' that it just can't make a good cup of anything... so my wife uses it for coffee, and she is happy with what it outputs. I would love to replace it with a 'real' super automatic machine that I could also enjoy from time to time. I roast my own beans in an Artisan 3-e (very dark... Full French to Italian) and I use both a LaPavoni (2006 lever) and a Miss Silvia w/PID and bottomless portafilter on a daily basis. I rarely do milk drinks, but my wife must have cream, so...
is there a machine out there I could buy for around $500 that would fit the bill?
