The secret of low fines in small conical hand grinders is the low RPMs, it really changes a lot the grind distribution for the better

For the occasional V60 brew I purchased the 1Zpresso K-Pro. The K series burrs are supposedly designed for pour over with the option of espresso. Grinds effortlessly at ~1gm/second. Less than 250gm run through the grinder. Acceptable brew for an unseasoned burr. Sounds like the K-Pro model is being discontinued. The K-Max and other K model look to have the pluses of larger capacity and probably a few other "features". K-Pro was discounted to $209 at the 1Zpresso AMZ store.
