Why not consider a comandante then for reduced footprint and add the red clix mod later down the road for further fine-tuning. Watching the James Hoffman video will give you a pretty good idea and you just need to make the decision from there based upon grind quality which is all pretty similar an and then size, aesthetics, and price. Chris Baca has a video on the Comandante for espresso use. I feel like his one quirk that he gives could be solved by red clix.
